Light hydrocarbon comprehensive utilization unit:
Capacity: 1250KTA, by introducing internationally renowned manufacturing processes (Technip), the unit's energy consumption stands as a world leader. It is the world’s first comprehensive utilization unit designed for light hydrocarbons that incorporates multiple feedstock (ethane, propane, butane, naphtha, etc.), offering a versatile advantage in flexible feedstock switching, which greatly enhances the Company's ability to resist risks. This marks an important milestone in the Company’s efforts to create a comprehensive petrochemical industrial chain layout, transcending from the “13th Five-Year Plan” to the “14th Five-Year Plan”, which further enhances the overall competitiveness of China Chemical New Materials (Jiaxing) Park, and lays a solid foundation for the creation of a global advanced manufacturing base in the Yangtze River Delta.

The production efficiency of this unit is 1600KTA. The EO/EG unit with an annual output of 1000KT introduces the world-leading (the United States Scientific Design Company) process technology, which is currently the largest monomer unit in China.
The total investment of the project is 11.7 billion yuan, covering a total area of about 800 acres. The main units of the project include 1000KTA EO/EG unit and feedstock unit, 30,000Nm3/h air separation unit, and other auxiliary facilities to support the construction of 80KT of butadiene unit.
The project has the advantages of international leading technology, significant advantages in units scale and energy consumption levels, flexible and diverse feedstock and product schemes, as well as advanced and reliable safety and environmental protection facilities. In tandem with the refinement and expansion of the comprehensive industrial chain layout, facilitating product diversification while promoting the establishment of an eco-industrial park for chemical industries that adhere to circular economy principles, to build an industrial symbiosis. Through corporate collaborations, the aggregation of by-product resources such as ethane, propane, ethylene, liquefied gas, and hydrogen to maximize the promotion of recycling and build a circular symbiosis system for the petrochemical industry, as well as establish a circular economy industrial park with the core of an annual output of 1000KT EO/EG project.
1800KTA Methanol-to-olefins Unit (MTO)
Capacity:Propylene 390KTA Ethylene 300KTA
Other Olefin Products 150KTA. The DMTO technology was developed by Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and won the first prize of the State Technological Innovation Award in 2014.In 2010, this advanced technology was successfully applied to the world's first methanol-to-olefin industrialized unit.
Polypropylene Unit
Capacity: 900KTA, the polypropylene unit is the largest manufacturer and supplier of powder polypropylene in China. The Phase I unit was completed and put into operation in 2016, the Phase II unit was completed and put into operation in 2018, and the expansion project was completed and put into operation in June 2023, which can produce a variety of grades including 045 and 225.
Surfactant Unit
Capacity: 780KTA, operating as the largest private AEO manufacturer and supplier in in China, the surfactant unit mainly offers a range of products including the AEO series, emulsifiers, and water reducing agents.
Polyether Macromonomer Unit
Capacity: 300KTA, adopting the advanced proprietary technology of biphasic ethoxylation, this unit is the largest manufacturer and supplier in China's second largest macromonomer industry of water reducing agents.
Ethanolamine unit
Capacity:Ethanolamine (ETA) 50KTA;Surfactant (EOA) 50KTA;Polypropylene plastic foam material (EPP) 1.8KTA;Diethanol monoisopropanolamine (DEIPA) 30KTA.The production of ethanolamine mainly uses ethylene oxide as its raw material, incorporating advanced technology, equipping with first-class production equipment, and relies on the comprehensive industrial system in China New Chemical Materials (Jiaxing) Park to form a scientific and complete industrial chain, ensure efficient product transportation, and secure market leadership.
